A Shiny Fuller Hair Style

Every so often a new line of shampoo or conditioners hits the market and is often followed by a campaign ad to help bolster sales. With the advent of technology, the internet, and of course blogs we have hundreds of testimonials for new products and how they stack up against the competition.

Emily McClure of Bustle.com tested a relatively older product that is still continuing to grow in popularity, the Wen by Chaz hair cleansing system. In her research she reminds everyone that Wen is a sort-of all inclusive cleansing conditioner. The Chaz Dean (http://chazdean.com/)  product includes shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, detangler, and leave in conditioner.

Emily spent a week testing the Wen by Chaz product introducing different elements in when she used the product to see how it stacked up to her thin fine hair strands. Day one she started normal, followed the directions except she only did ten pumps of the product as the lowest recommended amount. While washing she noted that immediately her hair felt fuller and she had less hair loss through washing. She then styled her hair and noted a shinier and fuller hair style for the day. Day one was a good start.

Day two Emily noticed that first thing in the morning her hair was a little more flat and greasy than usual, and earlier in the day than usual. She skipped her morning shower, so she did not wash her hair until that afternoon. Once she washed and styled her hair using Wen, she noticed the same great results as day one.

Day three and four were similar to days one and two, and she had similar results. By day six, she went out with friends and they immediately noticed her shiny fuller hair. Emily’s results are to stick to a routine, but Wen by Chaz delivered as promised.

Securus Technologies dares GTL to a technology duel

Securus Technologies is a renowned organization that offers criminal and civil justice to modernize incarcerations. They seek to change and provide public safety and enforcement of the rule of law. The firm provides high-tech and reliable software solutions, and in my opinion, it is the most powerful, secure yet simple to use technology solution. They not only connect correctional institution staff to information but also connect inmates to their families. They are based in Dallas, Texas and have an outreach of more than 3,400 correctional and enforcement supports. Their services include instant and secure mail, biometric analysis, telephone services and guarded exchange services.

Securus versus GTL

Securus Technologies refute claims by GTL that their services are at par. The allegations sparked a competitive mode between the two with Securus keen to have a judge to determine if this is the case. Securus maintains that with their technological capacity which includes a modern technical center and a US customer service center, GTL still has a long way to go before they can compare to them.

Securus has more than four years in practice and has heavily invested alongside company acquisitions. It holds the largest voice over internet protocol as opposed to GTL who have one modern calling system. Securus employs skilled field technicians while GTL has to subcontract their work to outsiders. GTL have previously stated that their customer service department has over half of its staff outsourced when Securus employs and trains its staff before being assigned any duties.

Customer feedback and preferences are always critical in determining which service provider is superior. Many clients have abandoned GTL for the superior services offered by Securus, and this might be the solution as to which company is more competitive.

Securus Technologies would like GTL to accept their challenge and prove before a judge, with supporting technological backing if they are confident that they are better than them.
