Every so often a new line of shampoo or conditioners hits the market and is often followed by a campaign ad to help bolster sales. With the advent of technology, the internet, and of course blogs we have hundreds of testimonials for new products and how they stack up against the competition.
Emily McClure of Bustle.com tested a relatively older product that is still continuing to grow in popularity, the Wen by Chaz hair cleansing system. In her research she reminds everyone that Wen is a sort-of all inclusive cleansing conditioner. The Chaz Dean (http://chazdean.com/) product includes shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, detangler, and leave in conditioner.
Emily spent a week testing the Wen by Chaz product introducing different elements in when she used the product to see how it stacked up to her thin fine hair strands. Day one she started normal, followed the directions except she only did ten pumps of the product as the lowest recommended amount. While washing she noted that immediately her hair felt fuller and she had less hair loss through washing. She then styled her hair and noted a shinier and fuller hair style for the day. Day one was a good start.
Day two Emily noticed that first thing in the morning her hair was a little more flat and greasy than usual, and earlier in the day than usual. She skipped her morning shower, so she did not wash her hair until that afternoon. Once she washed and styled her hair using Wen, she noticed the same great results as day one.
Day three and four were similar to days one and two, and she had similar results. By day six, she went out with friends and they immediately noticed her shiny fuller hair. Emily’s results are to stick to a routine, but Wen by Chaz delivered as promised.
